Alex Asseff

Meet Alex Asseff

Alex Asseff, owner of Asseff Enterprises, has always had a passion for business. Graduating from Louisiana State University with a bachelor of science in business management with a concentration in entrepreneurship, Alex immediately began his career working for West Foods, Inc. a Subway franchise company with 21 locations across Arkansas.

Starting as a store manager in 2014, Alex quickly worked his way up to becoming an area manager. In fact, within six months he was successfully managing three stores. Proving to be an inspiring leader with a great business mind, Alex was promoted to Director of Operations and served in that role for almost seven years.

In 2021, Alex purchased the Subway locations from West Foods, Inc. and started his own company, Asseff Enterprises, LLC. In 2023, Alex purchased 11 more Subway locations which expanded the company to 32 total locations. And in 2024, Alex purchased the Subway in Peryville, Mena, and Waldron which expanded the company to 35 total locations. As a goal-oriented person, Alex is excited for the positive growth that lies ahead. He plans to add more locations and team members while creating the best work environment possible. He wants his company to be known as the "Chick-fil-a of Subway" creating a positive legacy in the communities where they operate.

On a personal note, Alex loves spending time with his family. His wife, Erika, also works for Asseff Enterprises as the HR and payroll director. And together they have a son named AJ (21 months old) and two miniature dachshunds, Bella and Sadie. Alex also enjoys traveling, golf, adult softball, and watching his LSU Tigers!
